Upload your avatar to a place like PhotoBucket. under the picture after you load it in they will give you 3 different link choices. Use the first one. For your avatars i think you need to use the link http:// and so on.

And also if u want u can make your avatar 100x100 to make it bigger. =) (change the 65x65 to 100x100)
