The game starts with the killers talking amongst themselves to decide who they're going to kill. Once they decide this they message me with the decision. Then the doctor messages me telling us who he/she wishes to save. The Sheriff also messages me asking me who he/she wants to know the identity of.
Now I'm going to break this down. Once the killers let me know who they want to kill, the doctor can save only one person per round. It can be himself, or anyone else. Bear in mind he/she doesn't know who is who and he/she doesn't know who the killers are. In other words, it's a shot in the dark. Hit or miss. Let's move on. The sheriff can find out about 1 person per round. He/she messages us asking about any given person in the game and we tell. Now, if the doctor saved the right person, no townsperson dies from the killers. However, if the doctor saves the wrong person, there will be a townsperson death. This concludes the first part of the first round.
Now everyone in the entire game has this big accusation round in which everyone votes who they think a killer is. The killers can vote too so they will obviously vote for townspeople. This is the townspeople's only line of offense against the killers. Once voting has completed, the votes are tallied and the person with the most votes hangs. Apon the hanging, their identity is revealed and it starts all over again with that person now being dead, no matter if they were a townsperson, sheriff, doctor, or killer. This process loops until either the townspeople win, or the killers win
